My wife and I bought this a two years back thinking it was a good product/ investment we were wrong. First I noticed a constant low frequency beeping noise that took me a while to figure out where it was coming from. It was the dryer. So I called the manufacturer customer line and they told me that they could send someone out but I would have to pay for it not covered under warranty not only that but the washer machine has a constant swamp order to it. We have put vinegar special cleaning tablet for it as well as every cycle we run I manually empty the remaining water that sits in there. Needless to say their pump that is supposed to remove the water does not work properly. Also I was told not cover on the warranty. Buyers beware.

I will never buy an LG product again. My product is only 7 months old and after waiting for one month for the installation of parts which required doing laundry at a laundry mat for one month and incurring the cost and time of same the part ordered did not work and so I was required to accept a used motor out of the third party service persons truck. Now my 7 month old dryer squeaks so Im waiting for another repair person to come this week. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER LG PRODUCT AGAIN and will share my horrible experience with all my friends and colleagues.

Absolutely a rip off

Buyers beware 10/11/2022

Broke 2 months out of warranty with zero help from LG. Thanks for wasting my money and leaving me stuck without clean cloths. Thought I was investing in a decent product but instead received a piece of garbage that lasted a total of 14 months.

Not long lasting

We bought our dryer in 2020. After only 2 years of moderate use the motor has failed. Naturally the warranty period is only 1 year. This is my third and most expensive dryer-the first one lasted 10 years without needing repair the second one made it 8 years. 2 years is simply unacceptable. Its still relatively new. Completely disappointed and worried that my matching washer may soon have problems. Not worth the higher price tag

Good dryer

I have two little issues with this dryer. 1 the door doesnt stay opened while you are loading it. Sounds dumb but it is annoying. 2 it keeps doing that timed dry business which I have to figure out how to turn off every other time someone in my family keeps changing the setting. Besides that it is totally fine.

Nightmare At Times

I bought this dryer a couple of years ago and have had a few problems with it. The sensor that tells the machine the clothes are dry works half the time. Sometimes it dries in one cycle and sometimes in three comparing the same set of clothes. The door has already broken off. I am disappointed and think it has a lot of glitches.

Great Dryer

Great dryer with a lot of features. Replaced an older style front load that never got things dry. The automatic setting on this on seems to work great. Only complaint we have is the fold down door in the front only goes down about half way. You cant get anything in and out of it very well. The swing door works good.

Great dryer

So happy with this. It holds a king size comforter so its huge. Its quiet and has great features and lots of combinations of drying cycles. I love that the door can open either by swinging to the side or by pulling the latch down.

Good but doesnt always fully dry

This is my second set of LG washer and dryers. For some reason the dryer doesnt always fully sense the load and dry it completely. Not sure why. Overall still love the product though.
