do not buy......stay away from this stove. knobs are defective. after a few moths of using the stove the knobs stated to get stiff. just after a year one of the knob broke. once the year passed samsung will not fix!!!

soon after purchasing the range, a burner became stuck on . samsung warranty service who scheduled a dispatch about a week out. day before the visit the service was cancelled. i rescheduled . a week later , the technicians arrive with the wrong part.

the cooktop is quite nice but i wish i had purchased the model with concentric burners. the oven heats well and maintains temp fine. the convection feature is very poor. the fan runs for 10 seconds out of every minute. this does not cook a chicken like i was used to with my old convection oven. save your money and skip this feature. some bad points next. when maintaining a simmer on the back burners it constantly triggers the touchscreen, locking you out of oven controls. the labels on the burner controls are just vinyl stickers. if you get a bit of hot oil on them they melt away. other ranges i've had would etch the labels on the controls. this was a poorly though out cost saving measure. i really wish i had gotten a different range.

finalized the kitchen remodel and installed this oven a week before thanksgiving. purchase date was on 08/02/2020. the oven fan is no longer working on bake mode as of today after barely using it a couple times. now i have to begin the process of contacting samsung or someone to come and take a look at this. not a cheap purchase from best buy and hoping that the one year manufacturer warranty will cover it. i am extremely disappointed in this purchase.

I had been waiting to purchase this stove and am glad I did. Oven function is easy to use and highly efficient. Flame control for the burners are perfect for cooking multiple types of dishes. I would purchase this stove again in a heart beat.

Loves the option of conventional oven or convection oven depending on what Im making. And the grittle on the top is awesome for toasted cheese, french toast, pancakes, etc.

This range looks great. Oven heats to temperature very quickly. Love the griddle accessory.
Easy to clean the entire range. simple to use touch screen. Like all Samsung products,( we have 13 different ones from appliances to electronics), they never disappoint.

I have this about a month now. I absolutely love it. It did take a little while to adjust to the cooking options and the convection cooking option. Overall, it is perfect. It cooks well and I love the convection option for baking and reheating leftovers. Only thing I wish there was another rack in the oven. Two is not enough. I'm going to see if I can order an additional one. Otherwise I would recommend this model to anyone in the market for a new range. Haven't needed to use self cleaning option yet but confident it won't disappoint.

i've had this range less than five years. about six months ago the push buttons on the digital panel (to set temp, etc.) started going on rhe fritz. now it's impossible to set a temp which begins with "4". today the timer off button would't work. i tried clear/off, and that shut off the oven, but didnt clear the timer. therefore i can't start the oven again. how can you design such a piece of junk? my last oven, without digital controls or fancy buttons, worked perfectly for decades.
