So far, wish we would avoided

We got this oven at Thanksgiving. it looked amazing then the issues started happening. In april the self-clean function switched from hrs to min, now we can only clean at 2, 3, 5 min. after self-clean option stopped working properly, we noticed a knob's foil had wrinkled & a rubber foot has fallen off the back right grate. so far, we're just disappointed we didn't stick with the other USA made oven that lasted us over 10 years.

not happy with this oven

the feet of the rack that goes over the burner melts and then it sits crooked when you try to cook. i contacted cs and i have to buy a replacement at $100 each and there are three racks.
