The oven heats up quick and cooks evenly. I like where you can have two ovens of two different temperatures or make it one big oven.on the oven racks I wish it came with two easy racks instead of one but I'll be purchasing another one. The only problem that we have is the app it seems like it only works on one phone we can't get it to work on a second phone comes in handy when we were cooking the turkey and watching the temperature in the living room watching TV

I love the display and the split oven functionality. The bottom rack is a sliding rack and I wish all of the racks are sliding racks!!! It's so handy as I'm always scared of getting burned pulling food from the racks. I have not tried the steambake yet, so can't comment on that yet. The electronic display is simple and very nice, it's easy to change the temperature and timing, and love the quick add five minutes after the end of baking time.

we purchased this oven a little over two years ago. it worked great at first but we have had problems with it maintaining temperature after preheating. the temperature drops 50-70 degrees. a tech has been out several times but the problem has not changed. i have called samsung multiple times and i just go in circles between samsung and the repair company. i have read about samsung ovens having temperature regulation problems as well as other consumers with the exact same experience with this oven. unfortunately, samsung has refused to exchange the oven despite it being under warranty during the time the issue has occurred and having numerous tickets submitted.

we have had this oven for 18 months and it does not keep an accurate temperature. items either come out burnt or not done at all. we have wasted so much food because of this oven. i cannot believe samsung does not stand by their products or make a better product. paying almost $3000 should get you a much better and a reliable oven! samsung you can do better!

if you have endless time and willing to spend it on samsung support, this is your brand and product of choice.
that so called smartthings doesnt work and of course it is always blamed on your internet connection.
you can show all the sniffer traces you want, but they are not convinced its their issue. i had the same problem with a cooktop.
eventually (6months later..) they admitted it was a backend problem, but at that time i already returned it.
positively, samsung products look great.
but inside its bad. and this applies to their support even more so.
think this, if you have a 120 people in front of queue for support, it is a huge red flag.
wish i had listened to all people's reviews... hope this will help you save some trouble.

this oven has been perfect for my small family of four.
i've had it for over 2 years now, and since most of our baking typically only requires half the oven, the split functionality has been ideal. the oven heats up quickly, food cooks quickly, and with the addition of steam, meats stay moist and bread comes out perfect every time.
i can't speak to other's experience in setting up the oven, but i found it to be a breeze, and getting it added to the samsung smartthings hub has helped me avoid keeping the over on all night a couple of times that i forgot to turn it off (got distracted by the kids and forgot to turn it off).

oven works fabulous on convection and steam functions, however it will not maintain its temp on plain old bake. if you need to open the oven even for a very short time to chek something all of the heat escapes very quickly and it will not come back up to temp. if you try and resetting the temp it automatically preheats and burns what is baking. have to reset oven between every batch of cookies to bring it back to temp. bakes wonderfully if you never have to open oven but that is not realistic, especially if trying new recipes. also does not maintain its temp for anything over 20 min. would not buy samsung appliances again. fridge is being repaired after a year and a half and oven frustrates me continuosly.

since oct 2020 i have been trying to get samsung to repair the temperature sensor since the oven never gets up to 375 degree (it stays at 268 degrees). none of samsungs service companies will service a wall oven! i have repeatedly asked for a refund since this is a lemon! i have not had use of this oven due to the temperature issues. do not buy samsung products!!!

I love the black stainless look of the oven. The oven racks are very sturdy and like the fact the middle rack can be glided out. It's perfect when putting food into the oven. The feature to make oven into two ovens is great as well. I'm new to convection oven but this feature is awesome. Food cooks faster so you need to adjust cooking time. There are multiple cooking features you can use. Steam option works well when cooking vegetables or a healthy dish. It's very easy to select temperature and timer via the touchscreen. Overall this is a great oven. I love love love it and highly recommend it.

We had an old oven prior to getting this one. It would take forever to get to 350. This oven looks beautiful, the black stainless looks so good. It heats up very quickly, especially when using the flex top/bottom options. I am currently unable to connect it to wifi in order to use from my app, I need to call customer service to help resolve an error I'm getting. The display is bright and touch screen and easy to use. I used to have to adjust the time and/or temperature when cooking but since getting this, I follow directions as they are written on recipes and my food comes out cooked perfectly. There are many features that I haven't gotten the chance to use yet but I am in love so far! I now just need to get the matching built in microwave!

This oven is essentially two ovens in one: you can have two temperatures baking simultaneously, watching two dishes cook through the crystal clear glass, preparing tonight's supper and tomorrow's. This is a marvel of efficiency. Remember wait times for the oven to preheat? Gone. By splitting the oven in two, you get smaller space for the convection engine to create the perfect even heat. Be aware that you can only do traditional baking in the bottom part when divided-but why would you when the convection saves you time and prevents cold spots?
Also nice is the care taken for the interface and controls. The knobs give an analog feel to an otherwise digital product. The touchscreen is responsive, allowing easy entry of times and temps. The clock faces are customizable. I haven't used the smart home connectivity other than my Apple Watch buzzing when the oven is preheated or the food is ready-helping me never miss a key baking event.
This oven is a dream to bake in, to broil in, to steam in, and to dry things out. It is a kitchen powerhouse. Excellent job, Samsung, on this product.

I absolutely love this oven and can't recommend it enough to anyone looking for a single wall oven. It heats very evenly and cooks QUICKLY! We made cookies the other day, and they were done in record time compared to our previous oven.
I love how the oven looks too. The black stainless steel is gorgeous and is very easy to keep clean and stay clean. We have a toddler running around the house - who loves to touch EVERYTHING. The black stainless steel has the advantage of not retaining fingerprints, unlike a lot of stainless steel appliances we have had in the past. The interior is extremely easy to keep clean too.
I think my favorite part of this oven is the dual/flex use capability. Having the ability to use the top and the bottom at two different temperatures is fantastic. My only complaint about this capability is that if you want to use two different functions between the top and the bottom, you can't - if you want to bake, you have to bake top and bottom. On the other hand, there are many functions to use - you don't only have to use bake or broil - there are different types of baking for different foods and styles. The convection baking is a fantastic addition - having the fan to circulate the warm air helps out tremendously.
I also love the clear window on the front. A lot of ovens we have had have a semi-transparent window that has those black dots across it. This oven is completely clear - which is awesome. Our toddler loves to sit and watch our food bake (specially loves watching cookies).
Overall - I love this oven and can not recommend it enough.

This is a fantastic wall oven - I absolutely love it! It has a ton of awesome features that make cooking a blast and an ease. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an upgrade!
To begin with, aesthetically the oven is beautiful. The black stainless steel is clean and sleek looking. And the LCD screen, while sometimes slightly difficult to navigate, is a clean addition to the facade. The knobs that control the usage and the temperature are solid and feel very nice to utilize. The inside is gorgeous. The finish is very clean and looks wonderful.
From the utility point of view, it has fantastic features, my favorite of which is the flex use divider that allows the top to be used independently of the bottom. Additionally, each of the top and bottom zones has the ability to be used with a convection fan - drastically increasing the cooking capabilities. I warmed up some pizza using only the top zone, and it worked superbly well - was done cooking within minutes. The multiple functions offered, including your basic bake, broil and roast functions, and your more complicated - steam bake, healthy cook and gourmet cook, offer me the ability to cook my food any number of ways.
My only complaint about this oven is the wifi capability. There is an ability to connect your smart phone to the oven via 2.4 Ghz wifi signal. Now I have a mesh system in my house, which automatically decides whether it will broadcast a 5 Ghz signal or a 2.4 Ghz signal, completely removing my ability to control which one I am connected to. The only way to connect to the oven is to be on the 2.4 Ghz signal , which is, for me, an impossibility. It would be nice to be able to utilize the wifi capabilities - the smart bake function is a fantastic idea that I will unfortunately not be able to utilize unless I make some modifications on my end.
Overall, this is an awesome oven that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new, electric, wall oven!

Flexible and Versatile Oven

This is an amazing oven, it is so flexible and versatile! Not only is it versatile in terms of cooking but it also is in terms of technology! My review is going to focus more on the technology side. First and foremost let us talk about the Smart Control! When in this mode, I can control the oven remotely on my phone. That means that I can preheat the oven before I get home or turn it off if I forgot that I left it on. You can also remotely adjust the temperature for those dishes that require it. Paring it to my phone was easy, but can be improved. The touch screen and menu functions are very intuitive. Having a convection oven has also allowed us to make dishes that we couldn't do before. My wife made us some baked chicken wings and they were delicious! Having a rack that glides is also very helpful, I feel far more confident handling hot items; no fear of getting burnt at the top. Lastly the Flex Duo is super easy to do, just put in the smart divider and now your oven is effectively two. Like I said, a flexible and versatile oven that can meet anyone's needs. I can't wait to try out the many other options.

I absolutely love the flex duo option, which turns the single oven into a double oven when the divider is in place. We have a big family who always seem to want to use the oven at the same time so being able to bake at two different temperatures comes in handy. The oven heats very quickly (even more so with flex duo). I also love the multiple rack level options that allow us to find room for multiple dishes cooking at the same time. This oven looks outstanding and cooks just as well. The multiple bake options have allowed us to experiment and find the best options to make our favorite dishes. I would definitely recommend this oven!

We have had this oven for 15 months now and it has had to be serviced three times. The WiFi connectivity stopped working with the firmware update in Nov. 2017 and has not worked since. It has very inconsistent heat distribution.
If the features worked as advertised then it would have been an excellent oven. However they don't, so it is not an excellent oven.
I do not recommend this oven at all.
