this product is horrible. the top scratches so easily. we are afraid to even use it because a washcloth scratches it when you try to clean it. worst product ever. had it less than 6 months and it scratches so easy it looks horrible. very dissappointed in this samsung product. chat was a waste of time and horribly frutrating after an hour they said schedule service which is an additional fee and you have to jump through hoops to even schedule.

nothing is working correctly. i set bake and the preheat is coming up 150 degrees lower than it should be. i try to raise the temp to 400 degrees and it won't raise. the manual that came with the stove is no help at all. either this stove doesnt work properly or i'm a complete idiot. i would take my 25 year old stove back in a heartbeat! i had this stove delivered 5 days ago after waiting for it since december 9th! i am a very unhappy customer!

bought this oven as a set with the fridge and dishwasher. love everything but the stove. even on setting 2 it boils. impossible to simmer anything. oven works well. for the stovetop the ring around the burners already started to wear down. the warm zone is only big enough for a small sauce pan. would not recommend this stove.

This range matches our Samsung refrigerator perfectly and I love the black cooktop.
The heating elements on the cooktop heat quickly and clean easily if spills are not allowed to burn.
Love the warming burner, the HIDDEN heating element inside the bottom of the oven and the ability to turn the light on to see what is cooking or baking in the oven without opening the oven door!!

this stove is complete garbage! for having a "fast boil" this stove has a really hard time boiling anything, even if i put a lid on it and even if i give it nearly boiling water from my tap. my cookware is mid-grade cutco so i know it's not that. the oven doesn't heat very well, and there's no real distinction between it's convection or non-convection options. what's more, the top of the stove is terribly difficult to clean if you accidentally spill starched water (from half-boiled noodles) on it. otherwise, the burners are on too hot and when i turn it down to low to simmer, the burner is still on...why? it should shut off and allow the pan to start cooling. don't buy it, waste of your money.

replaced a very old range. this one works great with only a few caveats - (1) the drawer need a handle or recess; (2) it can be confusing as to what is going on if both the timer and oven are being used simultaneously (maybe we'll get used to it).
very happy with its performance. hidden bake element in oven slows down preheat a bit, but not a big deal. we're very happy with the range.
